Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of mcpwebhost (the “Service”), available at mcpwebhost.com and operated by Delivery Operator Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service
mcpwebhost hosts web apps that you deploy through its MCP connector, typically by asking Claude or another MCP client to deploy files on your behalf. Each app gets a public HTTPS address. You can redeploy, read logs for, and delete your apps through the connector, and see them on your account page.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us at support@mcpwebhost.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Subscription and billing
- Deploying apps requires a paid subscription, currently US$5 per month plus any applicable taxes, which includes up to 10 apps. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when it ends. Trials are limited to one per customer.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can keep using the Service until then. Fees already paid are not refundable and we don’t give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires it or where we decide to at our discretion. If you think you’ve been charged in error, contact us at support@mcpwebhost.com and we’ll make it right.
Your content and apps
You keep all rights to the files and apps you deploy. You give us permission to host, store, copy, transmit and display them only as needed to run the Service. You’re responsible for your apps and their content, and you confirm you have the rights to deploy them. Apps are public: anyone with an app’s address can reach it, so don’t deploy secrets or data that shouldn’t be public.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, disable apps, or suspend or close accounts that break it or these Terms. Where there’s a risk to people, our systems or third parties, we may act without notice.
Limits and changes to the Service
The Service has limits, such as the number of apps, files and size per deploy, and request rates. We may change these limits and add, change or remove features. We’ll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your subscription includes.
Third-party services
The Service runs on third-party providers, including Amazon Web Services and Stripe. Your use of Claude or any other MCP client is governed by that provider’s terms. mcpwebhost is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of your app files: deleted apps can’t be recovered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.
Indemnity
You’ll defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your apps and content or from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your apps. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or don’t pay. When an account is closed, its apps are taken offline and deleted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email or on the site before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
