Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Delivery Operator Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use mcpwebhost (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and account ID. Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito; we never see or store your password in plain text.
• Apps you deploy: the files, names and deployment history of your apps, and the logs your apps write while running.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status and billing email, but never your full card number.
• Early access list: email addresses submitted through the form on our home page.
• Site usage: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits (such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location). Our infrastructure providers also keep request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
• Through Claude: when you use our MCP connector, your MCP client sends us the requests it makes on your behalf, such as the files to deploy. What you share with Claude itself is covered by Anthropic’s privacy policy, not this one.

How we use it

To provide, secure and improve the Service; to bill you; to send account and service messages such as verification codes, billing notices and important changes; to respond to support requests; to prevent abuse; and to understand how the site is used. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Service on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in and email), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics) and ImprovMX (forwarding mail sent to our support address). We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Your apps are public

Anything you deploy is reachable by anyone with the app’s address. Don’t deploy personal data you’re not allowed to publish.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie that the Service needs to work, and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on for Analytics.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept while your account is open. App files and logs are kept until you delete the app; some data may remain briefly while our providers complete deletion. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Early access emails are kept until launch or until you ask us to remove yours.

Your choices

You can delete your apps at any time. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, email support@mcpwebhost.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

Where data is processed

The Service runs in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US East region).

Children

The Service isn’t directed to children, and accounts require you to be at least 18.

Changes

We’ll post updates here with a new effective date, and tell you by email or on the site before material changes take effect.
